Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. Golog Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is located in the southeastern part of Qinghai Province, in the hinterland of the Tibetan Plateau, and is one of the important sources of the three major rivers, namely the Yellow River, Yangtze River and Lancang River, which is regarded as the core area of the "Chinese Water Tower".
