Deva is the capital of Hunedoara County in western Romania, located on the banks of the river Mureş, with a population of about 60,000 people. The city is famous for the hilltop Deva Castle, a 13th-century fortress perched on a volcanic cone that offers panoramic views and symbolizes the history of the region. The economy of Dva is based on industry and services, and it is also a transportation hub, connecting it to the Carpathian region.
Dva has a long history, first recorded in 1269, and was once a fortress of the Kingdom of Hungary. The city retains medieval buildings such as the castle and the Church of the Holy Cross. Ruichang City is a county-level city under the administration of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province, located on the south bank of the Yangtze River in the north of Gan, across the river from Hubei Province. It has a total area of 1,423 square kilometers and a resident population of about 400,000 people. Located in the "Wu Tou Chu Tail", Ruichang has been an important port on the golden waterway of the Yangtze River since ancient times, and the modern transportation network covers railroads, highways and water transport systems.
Ruichang has a history of more than 3,000 years of mining and metallurgy, and the Tongling Shangzhou copper mine site is regarded as "the origin of Chinese bronze smelting". The national intangible cultural heritage of Ruichang paper-cutting and bamboo weaving craft is unique, and the folk also inherits traditional arts such as tea-collecting opera. Meanwhile, Ruichang is relying on the Yangtze River coastline to develop modern logistics and build a regional shipping center. Specialty agricultural products such as yam and oilseed rape are well known throughout the country, and Ruichang has been awarded the title of "Hometown of Paper Cutting in China" and "Hometown of Bronze Culture in China".
