Coffeeville is a town in Yancey County, Mississippi, United States, under Yalobusha County, in the northern region of the state. According to the 2020 Census, the resident population is about 900, and it is typically a small farming community. Named after an early settler, the Coffey family, the town dates back to the mid-19th century and was once boosted by railroad development and cotton farming.
Located on the edge of the Mississippi Delta, Coffeyville is surrounded by farmland and natural landscapes, and its economy is anchored by agriculture, forestry, and small retail businesses. The area retains a peaceful rural atmosphere with historic buildings and annual community events such as traditional festivals and farmers' markets. Despite its small size, the town's proximity to interstate highways and convenient access to the cities of Oxford and Memphis within driving distance provides residents with a balance of basic services and recreational travel.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
