Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.

Ruzayevka is an important city and transportation hub of the Republic of Mordovia, Russia, located about 500 kilometers southeast of Moscow. The city is situated on the banks of the Insar River and has a population of about 47,000, with the railroad industry as its core economic pillar. Its name derives from the local 18th century landowner Ruzayev, and the city was officially founded in 1932.
Ruzayevka is located in the central part of the Eastern European Plain and has a temperate continental climate with cold and snowy winters and warm summers. The city is an important node on the Moscow-Kazan railroad line, with a large grouping station and a locomotive maintenance base, and is known as the "Railway Gateway of Mordovia".
