Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. The town retains its traditional Bavarian houses, hosts annual Christmas markets and other folklore events, and is surrounded by forests and hills, making it ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
The economy is based on tourism, agriculture and small crafts, with easy access to Munich and the Austrian border by road and rail. Boiron embodies the tranquility and cultural heritage of the Bavarian countryside and is an ideal stopover for exploring the German pre-Alpine region.
Located in the western part of Zhejiang Province, Kecheng District is the main city of Quzhou, upstream of the Qiantang River, at the junction of Zhejiang, Fujian, Gan and Anhui provinces, and has been a strategic location for "four provinces through the streets and five roads" since ancient times. As the core area of South Confucius Culture, it has Quzhou Confucius Temple, one of the only two Confucius Family Temples in the country, which has been infiltrated by Confucianism for thousands of years and has a profound humanistic heritage. The mountains and waters in the area reflect each other, with Rouke Mountain becoming the birthplace of Go culture due to the legend of "Wang Qi meets the Immortals", and Xin'an Lake National Tourism Resort linking up the new charm of the ancient city. With distinctive industries, digital industry, green food, culture, tourism, recreation and health care, the city is an ecological city suitable for living and working, as well as a charming destination for exploring the cultural lineage of Jiangnan and experiencing a slow life.
