Boiron is a town in the administrative district of Upper Bavaria in the German state of Bavaria, not an independent state. It is located about 50 kilometers south of Munich on the banks of the Isar River in the northern foothills of the Alps and has a population of about 3,500. The town is known for its rich history, its Catholic Benedictine abbey and its natural beauty.
The Abbey of Boiron, founded in the 8th century, is the central landmark of the area and is known for its Baroque architecture and collection of religious art. Linghai City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province of China, administered by Jinzhou City. It is located in the southwestern part of Liaoning Province, at the eastern end of the western Liaozhi Corridor, bordering the Bohai Sea to the east, with a total area of about 2,547 square kilometers. The city has a population of about 600,000, mainly Han Chinese, and Manchu, Hui and other ethnic minorities live in the city. The city has a long history, with human activities as early as the Neolithic era, and is one of the important cultural and economic centers in western Liaoning.
