Liaoning Free Trade Zone (FTZ) is an important customs special supervisory zone in Northeast China, integrating bonded logistics, processing trade, cross-border e-commerce and other functions, relying on the location advantage and industrial foundation of Liaoning Province. The zone effectively promotes international trade and regional economic development through tax incentives and customs clearance facilitation policies.
Liaoning Free Trade Zone focuses on the development of high-end manufacturing, modern logistics and supply chain services, and supports enterprises to carry out bonded warehousing, international distribution and other businesses. Its core objective is to build an international shipping center and an opening-up highland in Northeast Asia, serve the "Belt and Road" initiative, and promote the transformation and upgrading of the old industrial base in Northeast China.
As an important part of Liaoning Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Free Trade Zone has become a new engine of regional economic growth by attracting foreign investment and lowering enterprise costs through system innovation. In the future, it will continue to deepen reform and opening up, strengthen economic and trade cooperation with Japan, South Korea, Russia and other countries, and further enhance the level of internationalization.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
