Aranjue is a beach town in the province of Colón, Panama, situated on the Caribbean coast, about 15 kilometers from the famous historic site of Porto Velo. It belongs to the district of Porto Velo and has a population of about a few thousand people, making it a small community with a focus on fishing and tourism.
The area around Aranje has pristine beaches and crystal clear waters for swimming, fishing and diving. It is close to Portovelo Castle (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), where visitors can explore the Spanish colonial fortifications.
