Located in the southeast of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, Acheng District is one of the jurisdictions in Harbin City, about 25 kilometers away from the main city of Harbin, with significant location advantages. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan.
