Zunyi City is located in the north of Guizhou Province, in the combination of Sichuan, Guizhou and Chongqing provinces (municipalities), and is the center city of northern Guizhou. As an important turning point of the Chinese Revolution, the Zunyi Conference held in 1935 saved the Party, the Red Army and the Chinese Revolution at the critical moment, leaving behind a valuable red cultural heritage. The natural scenery and humanistic landscapes of the territory are intertwined, and the World Natural Heritage Chishui Danxia is famous for its Danxia landforms, waterfalls and bamboo sea, while the town of Moutai has given birth to the national liquor Moutai, which has become the core production area of China's liquor industry. Nowadays, relying on red culture, ecological resources and characteristic industries, Zunyi is building a modernized city integrating red tourism, ecological recuperation and green food, and is an important growth pole in Guizhou and even southwest China.
Ruby is a small incorporated town in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana, United States, located about 60 miles northeast of the state capital of Baton Rouge and adjacent to the Mississippi border, and characterized by a quiet rural atmosphere and a deep community culture. Sparsely populated, with fewer than 500 people according to the most recent census, the town dates back to the late 1800s and, with its early rise to an agricultural economy (e.g., cotton and soybean farming), still retains the rustic look of a traditional Southern town. The town's landmarks include a century-old community church and several Victorian-style homes, and the annual fall "Ruby Family Day," which blends elements of local Cajun and Creole culture, has become a shared memory for the surrounding residents. Despite its small size, Ruby epitomizes the serenity of the American countryside with its simple folk and distinctive Louisiana southern flavor.
