Zhouning County, belonging to Ningde City, Fujian Province, is located at the eastern foot of the Vulture Peak Mountain Range in eastern Fujian Province, known as the "natural air-conditioned city", and is one of the counties with the highest altitude in Fujian Province. The ecological environment here is superior, with over 72% forest coverage and an average temperature of only 23℃ in summer, making it a summer resort. The Jiulongji River Waterfalls in the county is called the "No.1 Waterfall in Fujian", with four levels of waterfalls of different shapes and magnificence, and is a national 4A scenic spot; while the Carp Stream carries the humanistic wonder of a thousand years of harmonious coexistence of human beings and fish, and the koi carp swims around, which has become a unique cultural symbol. Zhouning is also the "First County of China's Poverty Alleviation", and its spirit of "dripping water through stones, weak birds fly first" is widely praised.
