Zhongjiang County is located in Deyang City, Sichuan Province, China, in the northeastern part of the Chengdu Plain, and is the most populous county and agricultural town in Sichuan. The county is famous for the traditional craft of "Zhongjiang Hanging Noodles", which is listed in the National Intangible Cultural Heritage. Zhongjiang has a long history and is the hometown of Huang Jiguang, the hero of the year, and has red tourism and cultural resources. The economy is based on agriculture, manufacturing and tourism, with rice and oilseed rape crops in abundance and rapid industrial development in recent years. Transportation is convenient, connecting cities such as Chengdu and Deyang through a network of highways and railroads.
