Located in the western part of Hunan Province, China, Zhongfang County is part of Huaihua City and was founded in 1997, making it one of the youngest counties in Hunan Province. Located at the Hunan-Guizhou border, it has a total area of 1,466 square kilometers and a population of about 300,000 people. The county has a population of about 10,000. With agriculture as the leading industry, the county is rich in ice-sugar oranges, oil tea and Chinese herbs, and is known as the "Gateway to Western Hunan" and the "Hometown of Oil Tea".
The transportation in Zhongfang County is convenient, with Xiangqian Railway, Hukun High Speed Railway and several expressways running through the whole area, and only 20 kilometers away from Huaihua city. It has a beautiful natural environment with ecological tourism resources such as Huangxi Scenic Spot and Kanglong Nature Reserve. The culture of the Miao and Dong ethnic groups is profound, and the traditional festivals and handicrafts are unique. In recent years, the county has been actively developing eco-agriculture and rural tourism with steady economic growth.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
