Located in the central and western part of Guangdong Province, China, Zhaoqing is an important node city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with 3 districts, 4 counties and 1 county-level city under its jurisdiction, covering a total area of about 15,000 square kilometers. As a national historical and cultural city, Zhaoqing has a history of more than 2,200 years and was once the political, economic and cultural center of Lingnan.
