Zalut Banner is located in the northwestern part of Tongliao City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, at the southern foot of the Daxing'anling Mountains, and is an important part of the Horqin Steppe. Here is a vast area, grassland and mountain intertwined, with Zalut grassland and other natural landscapes, green grass in summer, silver in winter, beautiful in all seasons. As an area inhabited by Mongolian people, Zalut has a deep cultural heritage, with the Mongolian Long Tune Folk Song listed as a national intangible cultural heritage, and traditional customs such as the Naadam Assembly and the art of the horse-head fiddle passed down from generation to generation. Animal husbandry is a traditional pillar industry, while relying on ecological resources to develop cultural and tourism integration, attracting tourists to experience the grassland nomadic culture. With its unique natural scenery and rich folk customs, Zalut Banner has become an important window to show the charm of the Inner Mongolian grasslands.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia. The town boasts historical monuments such as the Sevan Monastery, a 9th-century monastery situated on a peninsula overlooking the lake, which attracts many tourists and pilgrims.
