Located in the northeast of Guangzhou City, Guangdong Province, China, Zengcheng is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Guangzhou City, located in the core area of the Pearl River Delta Economic Circle. The area is famous for its agricultural products such as lychee and silk rice, known as the "Hometown of Lychee", and is rich in natural landscapes and humanistic and historical resources. Zengcheng's economy is dominated by manufacturing, agriculture and tourism, with the rapid development of high-tech industries in recent years. Conveniently connected to the center of Guangzhou by highway and subway, Zengcheng is an important part of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
