Yumin County belongs to Tacheng District of China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, located in the hinterland of the Asia-Europe continent, bordering Kazakhstan in the northwest, and is an important node of the Silk Road Economic Belt. With a total area of about 6,220 square kilometers and a population of about 60,000, the county is a multi-ethnic settlement with Kazakhs and Han Chinese as the main ethnic groups.
Yumin County boasts unique natural scenery, with the Baluk Mountain Grassland, the Wild Batan Almond Forest and the Tast River Valley as the core ecological scenic spots. Every spring, the mountains are covered with flowers, which is known as "the center garden of Asia and Europe". The garrison culture and grassland nomadic tradition are still preserved here, and the red tourist attractions such as Xiaobaiyang Post and Sun Longzhen Martyrs' Mausoleum are of special historical significance.
The county is dominated by animal husbandry and specialty planting, and is famous for its high-quality beef and mutton, safflower, Batan apricot and other agricultural products. Didao District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, China, located in the southeastern part of Heilongjiang Province. It is located between 45°12' and 45°25' north latitude and 130°48' and 131°07' east longitude, with a total area of 515 square kilometers. Didao District has a cold-temperate continental monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons, a long, cold winter and a mild, rainy summer.
Didao District is famous for its coal resources, and is an important part of the Jixi Coal Mine, with the coal industry as the pillar industry of the regional economy. The coal industry is the mainstay of the regional economy. In agriculture, the district mainly grows crops such as corn and soybeans, and also develops animal husbandry. In recent years, it has been gradually promoting industrial transformation and developing green agriculture and eco-tourism.
Didao District is conveniently located about 20 kilometers from downtown Jixi, and is connected to the surrounding areas by National Highway 201 and Fanghu Highway. According to the latest statistics, the resident population of the district is about 80,000, mainly Han Chinese, including Manchu, Korean and other minorities.
Ditto District retains the folk culture characteristic of the Northeast and is rich in ice and snow activities in winter. Local specialties include northeastern stew and white meat with pickled vegetables. Surrounding the area are tourist attractions such as the Kirin Mountain and the King Kong Temple, which display unique northern scenery and humanistic landscapes.
