Located in the southeast of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, China, Yuhua District is one of the main urban areas of Shijiazhuang City, which was officially established on March 21, 2001. With a total area of approximately 101.5 square kilometers and a population of over 700,000, the district is a densely populated and more economically developed area of Shijiazhuang.
The economy of Yuhua District is dominated by the service industry, high-tech industry and commerce, with large-scale business districts such as Wanda Plaza and Wyatt Business Center, making it an important commercial core area in Shijiazhuang. Transportation is convenient, with main roads such as Huai'an Road and Yuhua Road running through the district, and Metro Line 3 also covers part of the area, connecting Shijiazhuang Station and Zhengding International Airport.
The district has excellent living facilities, with several parks, sports centers and high-quality residential areas. Education resources are abundant, including colleges and universities such as Hebei Normal University and Hebei University of Science and Technology, as well as a number of key primary and secondary schools, making it suitable for family living and investment.
