Yueyang is located in the northeast of Hunan Province, at the confluence of the Yangtze River and Dongting Lake, and is a famous cultural city in the south of the Yangtze River with a history of more than 2,500 years. São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé.
