Located in the eastern part of Yulin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, China, Yudong New District is a key new urban area and core area for economic development in Yulin City. As an important carrier of Yulin's "Eastward Expansion" strategy, the area focuses on the development of modern service industries, high-tech industries and ecological livable communities, relying on the location advantage of being adjacent to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
The Yudong New Area covers a planning area of about 80 square kilometers, integrating administrative offices, business and finance, and cultural and educational functions. Modern facilities such as the Yulin Sports Center and the Convention and Exhibition Center have been built in the district, and it is connected to the South-Guangzhou high-speed railway network through the Yulin North Railway Station, providing convenient transportation. In recent years, it has focused on cultivating the digital economy and big health industry, and creating a demonstration zone for Guangxi to undertake industrial transfer, which has become a new engine of economic growth and a model area for urbanization in Yulin.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
