Yu'an District is part of Lu'an City, Anhui Province, and is one of the main urban areas of Lu'an City, located in the western part of Anhui Province, at the northern foot of Dabie Mountain. The district has a total area of 1,926 square kilometers and a population of about one million. As the political, economic and cultural center of Lu'an, Yu'an District is located in the Jianghuai Watershed, with superior geography and convenient transportation, with National Highway 312 and Ningxi Railway passing through the district.
