Yongfeng County, belonging to Ji'an City, Jiangxi Province, is located in the central part of Jiangxi Province, at the eastern foot of the middle section of Luoxiao Mountains, upstream of Enjiang River, a tributary of Ganjiang River, and is situated in the transition zone between Ganzhong Hills and Jitai Basin. The county was founded in the first year of the Southern Tang Dynasty (943), ancient name "Jishui", because of the territory of "Yongfeng Mountain" named, known as "Ouyang Xiu's hometown" "China's tea oil hometown" beauty. It is known as "Ouyang Xiu's hometown" and "the hometown of tea oil in China".
