Yong'an, located in the west-central part of China's Fujian Province, is a county-level city under provincial jurisdiction and is administered by Sanming City. Located in the mountainous area of central Fujian, this city is famous for its Danxia landforms and forest resources, and boasts ecological landscapes such as the Tianbaoyan National Nature Reserve. Yong'an has a long history, founded in the third year of Ming Jingtai (1452), and was once the temporary capital of Fujian Province during the war.
