Yizhang County is located in the southern part of Hunan Province, China, under Chenzhou City, at the junction of Hunan and Guangdong, and is the "southern gate" of Hunan. History and Red Culture

Yizhang is the birthplace of the Xiangnan Uprising, where Zhu De and Chen Yi once led the revolutionary struggle, and is known as the "Red Hot Land". There are national cultural relics protection units in Yizhang, such as the former site of the Xiangnan Nianguan Riot Command, and the red tourism resources are outstanding.
