Yingquan District, belonging to Fuyang City, Anhui Province, is located in the northwestern part of Anhui Province, at the southern edge of the Yellow-Huai Plain, and is one of the core municipal districts of Fuyang City. It is located at the junction of Anhui and Henan provinces, with significant location advantages, close to Fuyang Airport and Fuyang West Station of High Speed Railway, with convenient and accessible transportation network. Anciently known as Quanhe, the district was named after its location on the banks of the Quanhe River.
