Yichuan County, belonging to Luoyang City, Henan Province, is located in the western part of Henan Province and the southern suburb of Luoyang City, on both sides of the Yi River, and is an important node county in the Central Plains Economic Zone. São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé.
