Located in the southwest of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, Yanta District is one of the core urban areas of the ancient capital of Xi'an, carrying a deep historical heritage and vigorous modern vigor. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda (Ci'en Temple Pagoda) within the district was built by the famous monk Xuanzang in the Tang Dynasty to preserve Buddhist scriptures.
