Yanjin County, belonging to Xinxiang City, Henan Province, is located in the northern plains of Henan Province, on the north bank of the Yellow River, and has been an important county in the hinterland of the Central Plains since ancient times. The county was established in the Western Han Dynasty and has a long history, named after the Yanhe River, and was the site of the Battle of Yanjin during the Three Kingdoms period, which was made even more famous by the story of Guan Yu's decapitation of Yanliang. As a typical agricultural county, Yanjin by virtue of the fertile soil of the Yellow River waterway, known as "China's wheat township", high-quality wheat planting area, quality, is an important national grain production base.
