Yangxian County is located in the southern part of Shaanxi Province, China, under Hanzhong City, at the southern foot of the Qinling Mountains and the upper reaches of the Han River, and is a county-level administrative region characterized by agriculture and ecotourism. With a total area of about 3,206 square kilometers and a population of about 440,000, Yangxian County has a long history and deep cultural heritage, and was one of the important nodes of the ancient "Silk Road" and "Shu Road".
Yangxian is globally renowned for its Crested Ibis Nature Reserve, known as the "Home of the Crested Ibis", a rare bird that was once on the verge of extinction but has managed to recover its population through conservation measures. In addition, Yangxian County is rich in natural resources, such as the Huayang Ancient Town and Cailun Tomb Shrine, combining humanistic and ecological tourism features. Economically, it focuses on rice, oilseed rape and Chinese herbal medicine cultivation, and is gradually developing green industries and rural tourism.
In terms of transportation, Yangxian County is connected to Xi'an and Hanzhong by road and railroad, making it convenient for tourists to explore the unique scenery of the Qinba Mountain area. Overall, Yangxian is a charming place with history, ecology and traditional culture.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
