Yanfeng District is located in the south of Hengyang City, Hunan Province, is the core of the central urban area of Hengyang City, since ancient times it has been known as the "Gateway to Nanyue", because of the territory of the wild goose back to the peak of the name. Huiyan Peak is the first of the seventy-two peaks in Nanyue, and according to legend, the geese fly south to circle here, so Hengyang is also known as "Goose City". As the political, economic and cultural center of Hengyang, Yanfeng District has gathered a thousand years of cultural lineage, with the ancient ink fragrance of the Shiku Academy and the red mark of the Liberation War Memorial Museum.
