Located in the northwestern part of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, China, Yanshao District is a famous agricultural and geological landscape town in Taiwan. The area is famous for its unique and vicious topography (mud volcanoes, moon world), with the highest density of mud volcanoes in the world, among which the most representative landscapes, such as Cockscomb Mountain and Sun Valley, attract many geology enthusiasts. Yen Chao is known as the "Home of Fruits" for its abundance of guava, jujube, and other agricultural products. There is also the National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology Yanshao Campus, which combines agricultural characteristics with educational resources.
