Located in the northeastern part of China's Yunnan Province, the Xundian Hui and Yi Autonomous County, which is part of Kunming City, is situated in the hinterland of the Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, with an average elevation of about 2,000 meters above sea level. Located in Yunlin County, Taiwan Province of China, Douliu City is the county seat and political, economic and cultural center of the county.
