Xiuning County is located in the south of Anhui Province, China, belonging to Huangshan City, is one of the six counties in ancient Huizhou, and is known as "China's first scholar county". Beidou Township is located in the southeastern part of Changhua County, Taiwan Province of China, and is an important historical town in the Changhua Plain. Formerly known as "Baodou", it was once one of the most important commercial distribution centers in central Taiwan during the Qing Dynasty, along with Lugang and Monga.
