Located in the northwestern part of New Taipei City, Taiwan, Xinzhuang City is adjacent to Taipei City, and is one of the important satellite cities of the Taipei metropolitan area. During the Qing Dynasty, Xinzhuang was once a major trading town in Northern Taiwan, known as the "Second Monga", and still retains a wealth of historical relics, such as the Xinzhuang Jizangan Temple, Guangfu Palace, and other centuries-old temples. In terms of transportation, the MRT system connects Taipei with Xinzhuang, and the convenient highway network also makes it an active area for commuting and commercial activities. In recent years, the development of the Xinzhuang Subcenter has led to urban renewal, integrating modern commercial, cultural and residential functions, while traditional bazaars and old streets still remain, demonstrating the urban charm of blending the old with the new.
Same, the capital of Timor-Leste's Ainaro District, is located about 50 kilometers south of the capital, Dili, in the mountainous interior and is an important agricultural and transportation hub for the country. It is known for its coffee farming, surrounded by terraced fields that produce Timor-Leste's premium Arabica coffee beans. Historically, Samu was an important stronghold during Timor-Leste's War of Independence, and remnants of the resistance movement still remain in the area, attracting history buffs to explore. The surrounding area is rich in natural beauty and close to Mount Ramelau, Timor-Leste's highest peak, making it a stopover for hiking enthusiasts. A blend of traditional Timacu culture and modern townscape, Samu offers a unique look at the interior of Timor-Leste.
