Xinmin City is a county-level city under the administration of Shenyang City, Liaoning Province, located in the central and western part of Liaoning Province and the northwestern part of Shenyang City, situated in the hinterland of the Liaohe Plain, adjacent to the main city of Shenyang in the south, and about 90 kilometers away from the Taoxian International Airport, which is conveniently located.
