Located in the central part of Henan Province, southwest of Zhengzhou City, Xinmi City is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Henan Province and administered by Zhengzhou City, situated in the transition zone between the remaining veins of the Fuyushan Mountains and the central Yu plains, with a total area of about 1001 square kilometers. As the hometown of the Yellow Emperor, Xinmi has a long history and was known as Mixian County in ancient times. It is one of the important birthplaces of the Chinese civilization, with many cultural sites such as the Yellow Emperor's Palace and the Zheng State Carriage Pit. Rich in mineral resources, coal, refractory bauxite reserves, was an important energy building materials base in the Central Plains. In recent years, relying on the Fuxi Mountain and other ecological resources, the development of culture and tourism industry, to create the Fuxi Mountain Tourism Zone, red stone forests and other scenic spots, both the "thousand-year-old county" of the heavy heritage and the "ecological green city" of the modern charms, is an important node city of Zhengzhou metropolitan area.
Located in Yunlin County, Taiwan Province of China, Douliu City is the county seat and political, economic and cultural center of the county. The city is located in the northern part of the Jia Nan Plain and has a subtropical monsoon climate with mild and pleasant seasons. Douliu is famous for its agriculture, producing pomelo, willow and rice, and is known as the "Agricultural Capital".
