Hebei Xinle is located in the south-central part of Hebei Province, north of Shijiazhuang City, in the hinterland of the North China Plain, with the Hutuo River and the Magnet River passing through the area, and it has been an important transportation hub and material distribution center in the central part of Hebei since ancient times. As a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Shijiazhuang City, Xinle has a long history, Neolithic sites found here, Fuxi Terrace, Cheng'an Temple and other monuments witnessed thousands of years of civilization inheritance, of which Fuxi Terrace is known as "Chinese humanities ancestor of the Holy Land". In recent years, Xinle, relying on location advantages, actively develop fine chemicals, equipment manufacturing, modern agriculture and other industries, peanuts, jujubes and other agricultural products are renowned in the province and abroad. While protecting the historical lineage, the city accelerates the new urbanization, forming a development pattern of "blending of ancient and modern, integration of industry and city", and is an important node city in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei coordinated development strategy.
Located in the southern part of Azerbaijan, Satre District is an important administrative division of the country, known for its natural beauty and agricultural economy. With a total area of about 770 square kilometers and a population of about 100,000, the district is situated in the belt of the Lesser Caucasus Mountains, with a mountainous terrain and a mild climate suitable for the cultivation of cereals and fruits.
Bordering on the Iranian border and about 250 kilometers away from the capital Baku, Satre District is rich in forests and water resources. There are several nature reserves in the district with rich biodiversity, making it an ideal destination for hiking and eco-tourism.
The economy is predominantly agricultural, producing wheat, grapes and nuts. Traditional Azerbaijani culture is preserved in the region, with handicrafts and folk festivals attracting tourists. The Satre district is easily accessible by road, connecting major cities and serving as an important gateway for exploring the south of Azerbaijan.
