Xinjin, a municipal district of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, is located in the southern part of the Chengdu Plain and in the middle reaches of the Min River, about 38 kilometers away from downtown Chengdu, and is known as the "Water Town of Western Sichuan". As one of the birthplaces of Tianfu culture, Xinjin has a long history, with a history of more than 1,400 years since the county was established in the Northern Zhou Dynasty. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan.
