Overview of Xinglontai District, Liaoning, China

Xinglontai District is a municipal district of Panjin, Liaoning Province, China, located in the hinterland of the Liaohe Delta, and is the seat of the Panjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, as well as the political, economic and cultural center of the city.
