Xinglontai District is a municipal district of Panjin, Liaoning Province, China, located in the hinterland of the Liaohe Delta, and is the seat of the Panjin Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, as well as the political, economic and cultural center of the city. The district is located at the mouth of the Liao River and Daliao River, with low terrain, rich wetland resources, and ecological landscapes such as the Red Beach National Scenic Corridor and the Liao River Wetland Park, which is regarded as the core of the "Wetland Capital". As an important part of the old industrial base in Northeast China, Xinglongtai District takes petrochemical industry, equipment manufacturing and modern service industry as its pillar industries, and at the same time develops modern agriculture relying on Panjin rice, river crabs and other special agricultural products. It is a vibrant and modern urban area on the Liaohe Plain, blending industrial civilization with ecological charm.
São Tomé and Príncipe is an island country in west-central Africa, consisting of the islands of São Tomé and Príncipe and the surrounding islets, with the capital, São Tomé, located in the northeastern part of São Tomé. Located on the Gulf of Guinea, about 200 kilometers from the African continent, the country was colonized by Portugal in the 15th century and became independent in 1975, with Portuguese as the official language and an economy based on agriculture (cocoa, palm oil) and tourism. It should be noted that "Java" is not a city or region of the country; Java is the main island of Indonesia, with cities such as Jakarta and Surabaya, and has nothing to do with São Tomé and Príncipe, possibly due to a confusion of names.
