Xinglong County is located in the southeast of Chengde City, Hebei Province, the eastern part of the Yanshan Mountain Range, located in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei intersection, is an important node connecting North China and Northeast China. Diffa, the capital of the Diffa region in southeastern Niger, is located on the southern edge of the Sahara Desert and shares a border with Nigeria, making it one of the most important border cities in Niger.
