Xingguo County is located in the south of Jiangxi Province, China, under Ganzhou City, and is a famous old revolutionary area and core county of the Soviet Union. It has a total area of 3,215 square kilometers and a population of about 800,000 people. It is known as the "Generals County", which has trained 54 founding generals for the Chinese Revolution, including Xiao Hua and Chen Qihan. The landscape is mainly hilly and mountainous, with a subtropical monsoon climate, and the agriculture is rich in rice, navel orange and oil tea.
Xingguo was an important base in the Central Soviet Area during the period, preserving a large number of red sites, such as the General's Garden and Revolutionary Memorial Hall. The local Hakka culture is profound, and Xingguo Mountain Song is listed as a national intangible cultural heritage. With a long tradition of education, it is the hometown of Chinese folk culture and art.
The economy is based on agriculture, minerals and tourism, with rich reserves of rare earth resources. In recent years, it has vigorously developed red tourism and eco-tourism, and is conveniently located near Ganzhou Golden Airport and the Beijing-Kowloon Railway. Xingguo is an ideal destination for exploring red history and Hakka culture.
Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia.
