Xinbin Manchu Autonomous County in Fushun City, Liaoning Province, located in the eastern part of Liaodong Peninsula, is the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty, known as the "Land of Enlightenment". It was the birthplace of the Qing Dynasty and is known as the "Land of Enlightenment".
