Xilin District is a municipal district under the jurisdiction of Yichun City, Heilongjiang Province, China, located in the southern foothills of the Xiaoxinganling Mountains and the middle reaches of the Tangwang River, in the southeastern part of the city of Yichun, neighboring Nanqiao County and Meixi District. The total area of the region is about 300 square kilometers, belongs to the cold-temperate continental monsoon climate, with four distinct seasons, high forest coverage and rich natural resources. Historically, the forestry economy has been the pillar, and in recent years, it has been actively promoting industrial transformation, developing green food processing, ecotourism and other emerging industries. Convenient transportation in the area, Tangwang River through the territory, both natural landscape and human resources, is an important ecological livable area in northeastern Heilongjiang.
