Xihua County is located in the eastern part of Henan Province in China, belonging to Zhoukou City, and is situated in the hinterland of the Yellow Plains, which is an important part of the Central Plains Economic Zone. With a total area of 1,194 square kilometers and a population of about 900,000, Xihua County has a predominantly agricultural economy, producing wheat, corn and other grain crops, and is known as the "Breadbasket of East Henan".
Xihua County has a long history and deep cultural heritage, with ancient monuments such as the ruins of Nuwa City, which is said to be the birthplace of the legend of Nuwa Mending Heaven. In recent years, the county has been actively developing its food processing and manufacturing industries, which has resulted in steady economic growth. The county has convenient transportation, with the Zhengzhou-Hefei High Speed Railway passing through the county, connecting Zhengzhou with Hefei and other major cities.

Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
Lake Sevan is surrounded by magnificent landscapes and crystal clear waters, making it an important tourist and recreational destination in Armenia.
