Xifeng County, belonging to Tieling City, Liaoning Province, is located in the northeast of Liaoning Province, bordering Dongliao County and Dongfeng County in Jilin Province, and is in the transition zone between the remaining veins of Changbai Mountain and Liaohe Plain, with temperate monsoon climate, distinct seasons and superior ecological environment. The county has a total area of 2686 square kilometers, the forest coverage rate of 58%, is an important ecological barrier and water conservation in Liaoning Province. As the "Chinese Deer Hometown", Xifeng takes sika deer breeding as the core specialty industry, has the largest deer product trading market in China and a perfect deer industry chain, and the antlers, deer blood and other products are famous both at home and abroad. Urtica Township is located in the central part of Yunlin County, Taiwan Province of China, located in the core of the Chia Nan Plain, neighboring Huwei Township in the west, Douliu City in the east, Xiluo Township in the north, and Dounan Township in the south, the transportation is convenient, the Taiwan First Railway and National Highway No. 1 run through the township, forming a convenient transportation network. With a flat terrain and mild climate, the township was mainly an agricultural area in the early days, producing rice and sugarcane.
