Located in the southwestern part of Kaohsiung City, Taiwan, China, Xiaogang District is an important industrial and port gateway area of Kaohsiung City, neighboring Nanzi District in the north, Renwu District in the east, the Taiwan Strait in the west, and Gushan District in the south.
