Xiaogan is located in the north of Hubei Province, in the northeast of the Jianghan Plain, closely connected with the provincial capital of Wuhan, and is a core member city of the Wuhan City Circle. It is named after the legend of Dong Yong who sold his body to bury his father in the Eastern Han Dynasty and his filial piety moved the sky, and is known as "the hometown of Chinese filial piety culture", and its territory carries the profound filial piety cultural heritage such as Dong Yong Park and the Museum of Filial Piety. The area is rich in products, Xiaogan hemp sugar, rice wine and other specialty snacks are well-known throughout the country, is an important representative of non-heritage food. Economically, Xiaogan is an important industrial base and agricultural production area in Hubei, with outstanding advantages in industries such as auto parts, food processing, salt and phosphorus chemicals. Sevan is a small town in the Armenian province of Gegharkunik, located in the eastern part of the country on the shores of Lake Sevan, about 66 kilometers from the capital city of Yerevan. The town is famous for its eponymous alpine lake, Lake Sevan, one of the largest freshwater lakes in Eurasia, at an altitude of about 1,900 meters above sea level, which is known as the "Pearl of Armenia".
