Xiaogan is located in the north of Hubei Province, in the northeast of the Jianghan Plain, closely connected with the provincial capital of Wuhan, and is a core member city of the Wuhan City Circle. Djémé is an important town in the Southern Region of Cameroon, located in the tropical rainforest climate zone and known for its rich agricultural resources and multiculturalism.
