Line West Township (Taiwan, China)

Jixi Township is located in the western part of Changhua County, Taiwan, China. It is bordered by the Taiwan Strait in the west, Changhua City in the east, Hemei Township in the south, and Ganggang Township in the north, with the terrain descending gently from the east to the west, and with many salt farms and fishing farms along the coast. The name of the township originates from the early administrative division of "Line West Fort", with fishery and agriculture as the main economic axes, and an abundance of agricultural products such as wendan and watermelon.
